About CAPA

Who We Are

CAYMAN AIRLINES PILOTS ASSOCIATION (CAPA) was formed in 1988 as a not-for-profit association under The Companies Law of the Cayman Islands.

As with any professional group, the primary goal is to promote the interest of the airline pilots' profession and to safeguard the individual rights of each Association member. CAPA's membership has grown in numbers over the years from a total of approximately 16 members at its inception to a current total of 45 members. CAPA membership still includes several of the founding members and leading pilots in the Cayman Islands, who take a very active role in the sterwardship of the Association as well as the leadership of the newer members.
